All BlahPunk apparel is made to order and ships directly from our production partners. Because each item is custom-printed just for you, we are happy to offer replacements for items that arrive misprinted, damaged, or defective.
How to Request a Replacement or Refund
If your item is misprinted, damaged, or defective:
- Contact us at: [email protected]
- Timeframe: Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the problem
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If approved, we’ll either send a replacement at no additional cost or, issue a refund.
You do not need to return the damaged item.
Returns & Exchanges
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or buyer’s remorse.
Please double-check the size guide and product details before ordering. - Customized and made-to-order items can only be replaced if defective.
